El espejismo de la libertad
Final essay for a course called: Race in Latin America at The University of Wisconsin-Madison. In it, I explore how Cuban artists like Hermanos de Causa and Elio Rodríguez Valdés used their art during the Special Period in order to comment on race in Cuba and affect social change.
